We run fully automated wire drawing, stranding, and closing lines with real-time sensor monitoring. Drawing: Continuous annealing ensures ductility Stranding: Tension and lay length auto-adjusted; Closing: Uniform structure, low internal stress; Aulone are ISO9001 certified. Operators are trained and evaluated every quarter.
Every batch is tested per EN12385-4, including: Breaking Force Test – Ensures minimum breaking load Zinc Coating Test – Confirms corrosion resistance Torsion Test – Checks twist endurance and crack resistance Fatigue Test – Simulates cyclic loading Bending Test – Assesses flexural fatigue for cranes & hoists All results are archived. Test reports available on request.
Before shipping, a 100% visual inspection is carried out, covering: Diameter and construction conformity Surface finish Marking and labeling Reels and packaging integrity Each coil is photographed and documented. Quality release only proceeds after approval from the QC department.
